Our latest impact review is now live

Health Innovation East has published its impact review for 2024-25. Great ideas can only make a difference for our health when they are put into practice. In Impact 2024-25, we have set out some of the key projects through which, working with our partners in the NHS, universities and the private sector, we have helped deliver innovations with a beneficial impact on healthcare and the wider economy.

A handful of topics that this year’s review includes:

• Securing the foundations for our health: accelerating change across health and care systems
• Enabling economic growth: improving health and generating wealth
• Transforming health and care with data: enabling data-driven research to improve patient outcomes
• Gathering evidence and capturing insights: collecting and communicating evidence to influence practice and drive improvement

The 2024/25 impact review also evidences how we have supported our local health and care system to achieve the government’s three major NHS “shifts” – shifting care from hospital to community, treatment to prevention and analogue to digital.

We also introduce our recently established paid-for consulting services, which allow us to broaden and deepen our purpose of getting great ideas to the people, places and problems where they are most needed.
