Our latest impact review is now live

Health Innovation East has published its 2025–26 Impact Review, showcasing how innovation is improving health outcomes, supporting NHS transformation and contributing to economic growth across the region and beyond.

Great ideas only improve lives when they are successfully put into practice. In this year’s review, we highlight some of the key programmes and partnerships through which we have worked with the NHS, universities, industry and wider partners to accelerate innovation and deliver measurable impact for patients, populations and the economy.

The review explores a wide range of work from across the organisation, including:

  • Supporting life-saving research with health data
  • Identifying and spreading safer care initiatives
  • Driving better outcomes and experiences for patients
  • Closing the gap in heart and lung care

Alongside this, the publication highlights how our Health Partnerships, Industry Partnerships, and Evaluation and Insights teams are working collaboratively to drive meaningful improvements across health and care.

We are proud to share the impact achieved over the past year and grateful to all the partners, innovators and teams who have contributed to this work.
