The East of England Heart Failure project dashboard provides a visual representation of ongoing and future project relating to heart failure in the region. This provides insight into the differing activities across heart failure, and allows networking, shared collaboration across similar projects as well as the identification of potential gaps and opportunities for further and scaling up of projects helping towards the aim to improve the cardiovascular health across the East of England.
