The Triple Chasm Company empowers successful commercialisation of science & tech-enabled innovation
We provide a range of books, tools, programmes and bespoke services based on the Triple Chasm Model® (TCM) that are designed to help those involved in the commercialisation of innovation to achieve their ambitions.
Based on initial research into 3000 products being taken to market, the Triple Chasm Model® (TCM) provides a comprehensive underpinning commercialisation framework including a measure of commercialisation maturity (Commercialisation Readiness Level), the 12 factors that influence growth (Meso-economic Vectors), and the commercialisation journey that maps out which Meso-economic Vectors matter at which stage of the journey – the Commercialisation Readiness Level.

GaitSmart is an innovative digital health solution used in clinics to help people with mobility issues due to a musculoskeletal condition without the need of a highly qualified physiotherapist. It has been designed to be used by a healthcare assistant (HCA) to provide gait analysis and a gait rehabilitation programme in a 10 minute test.
The GaitSmart measurement drives the rehabilitation programme and a further measurement demonstrates the effectiveness of the intervention. It can help in the diagnosis and treatment in primary, secondary and community care.
Officially launched in 2021, the Norwich Institute of Healthy Ageing (NIHA) develops and implements effective strategies to promote sustained population behaviour change, in order to improve physical and mental well-being.
A multi-agency, multi-disciplinary research unit, one of the core interests of NIHA is establishing the impact of nutrition, physical activity, sleep and smoking status on health outcomes, and how to deliver effective behaviour change interventions.
Our research contributes to the UK Healthy Ageing Grand Challenge to increase healthy life expectancy by 5 years by 2035, while narrowing the gap between the experience of the richest and poorest
