Health Innovation East has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding Health Informatics team.

Salary: £27,086 to £34,833

Hours of work: Full time (37.5hrs a week) Part-time hours up to a minimum of 0.6FTE will be considered on request.

A bit more about the role

The Health Informatics team has specialist skills in delivering complex, technical programmes of work that include providing secure environments for storing and accessing health and other sensitive data to support health and care delivery, research, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised and confident supporting a busy team with varied operational needs. They will provide practical coordination and administrative support across meetings, records, internal systems, recruitment and onboarding, events and general team processes, whilst maintaining strong organisational skills and communication with internal and external stakeholders, in a fast-paced sometimes ambiguous environment.

This post is based in our Cambridge office, with opportunities for hybrid working. Flexible working hours compatible with the role can be considered (including the possibility of working part time up to 0.6 FTE) the post is offered as a 12-month fixed term contract. There will be a requirement to attend some in-person meetings both within the Eastern region and nationally.
