Health Innovation East has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Programme Delivery Manager  to join our rapidly expanding Health Informatics team.

Salary: £49,645 – £56,796

Hours of work: 37.5hrs/week (full time)

The Health Informatics team has specialist skills in delivering complex, technical programmes of work that include providing secure environments for storing and accessing health and other sensitive data to support health and care delivery, research, and innovation.

This role is part of the Programme Delivery function within the Health Informatics Team. The post holder will take responsibility for project managing multiple parallel projects within our portfolio, devising robust project plans with input from subject matter experts and ensuring their successful delivery throughout the project life cycle. The postholder will drive working groups and meetings to facilitate identification of risks, interdependencies, and critical paths, and develop relevant mitigation plans alongside the PMO Lead, escalating where necessary to the Head of Health Informatics Programme Delivery.

This post is a hybrid role with 2–3 days per month required in our Cambridge office (although you can choose to work in the office more frequently if preferred) and Adhoc attendance at additional in-person meetings both within the Eastern region and nationally. Flexible working hours compatible with the role can be considered (including the possibility of working part time).

Interview Process:

The interview will be conducted in two stages. The first stage will be a short screening call via Microsoft Teams with the recruiting manager, scheduled to take place on Thursday 18 June Candidates who are successful at this stage will be invited to attend a second-stage, in-person interview at our office in Cambridge on Friday 26 June.
